Thailand Residency by Investment Requirements

To qualify for the Thailand Residence by Investment Program, applicants must meet the following core requirements:

Applicants are required to pay for membership fees in order to apply for Thailand citizenship.

Thailand Privilege Members are required to complete a 90 Day Report.

If staying for a continuous year in Thailand, the members are required to do a Stay Extension.

Privilege Entry Visa is a Tourist Visa which does not allow one to apply for a Work permit to work in Thailand.

Thailand Privilege Card Packages

  • A contribution of at least EUR 600,000.
  • The purchase of a residential property of at least EUR 700,000, which must be held for five years. An alternative to the Real Estate purchase is the lease of a residential property with a rental value of at least EUR 16,000 per year.
  • A donation of at least EUR 10,000 is also required. This can be done to a sport, cultural, scientific, philanthropic, animal welfare, or artistic non-governmental organization in Malta.

The application process to apply for Thailand residency by investment programme is straightforward, and it may take up to 18 months between initiating the process and receiving the citizenship documents. The application process can be divided into the following stages:
