There are four investment options to acquire the Residence by Investment in Latvia. The first is through a company investment; EUR 50,000 equity investment in a Latvian company that:

- Has a revenue of less than EUR 10,000,000 along with a one-time government fee of EUR 10,000
Next, there is Real Estate, where an investor must pay EUR 250,000 in real estate in Latvia, along with a one-time government fee corresponding to the equivalent of 5% of the purchase price. The third option is through Special Bond Investment, requiring the applicant to invest EUR 250,000 in special purpose, interest-free bonds, along with a one-time government fee of EUR 38,000. Finally, you can obtain the residence through a bank deposit. An applicant must deposit EUR 280,000 in a Latvian bank for a period of five years, along with a one-time government fee of EUR 25,000.

WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP ONCE THE APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED?
Once an application is approved, the investor must fulfil the financial requirements to complete the process. Accordingly, a Citizenship Certificate will be issued to Passport Legacy, a government-authorised agent, which will then be shared with the investor to ensure that all information is valid and correct. Once checked and approved, the Citizenship Certificate will be submitted to the passport office for Passport Issuance.
